Rules for Soft Play

  1. No Shoes Allowed

  2. No Food, Drinks, or Gum Allowed

  3. All soft play equipment is to remain inside the play area

  4. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, silly string, glitter, slime, or other substances are to be used in or near the soft play area

  5. No pets, outside toys, or sharp objects in the soft play area at any time

Failure to adhere to these rules, terms, and conditions may result in partial or full forfeiture of the client’s security deposit.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee will vary depending on the distance from the city of Alameda and the event location.

What is the payment policy?

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before the event via Zelle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be requested and confirmed at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date. Any balance already paid will be transferred to a future reservation. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled events.

How do I book an event?

We want to ensure your experience is smooth from beginning to end. We will communicate with you via phone, email, or text to discuss your options. Once you have made your selection, we will email you a contract with all of the details pertaining to your event. Your event date is not reserved until we receive your retainer, 50% of the invoice.

Do you set up outdoors?

We provide play areas for both indoor and outdoor venues, as long as there is an adequate, clean, dry, flat, and safe space for setup. For public parks, please check with the local Parks & Recreation Department for their policies regarding play areas.

For outdoor events, we highly recommend setting up in a shaded area or under a canopy. If you plan to set up on grass, the grass must be dry. We will NOT set up on a wet surface. All pet waste must be removed, and the area must be cleaned before we begin setup.

What if it rains and the event is outdoors?

We check the weather forecast a couple of days before an outdoor event. If rain or strong winds are expected, we will contact the client to discuss alternative options for the play area. If an alternate location cannot be found, the client may reschedule, and any payments already made will be applied to a future date. Payments are non-refundable.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are fully insured and licensed through Alameda County.
